There are two kinds:
1. Who criticize evil and commend righteousness justly, yet directly.
2. Who loves to commend, encourage, say all positive things. Yet as a leader in dealing with evil, tends to speak behind the evil doer's back to "find supporters" under the cover of "not wanting to offend anyone".
