When I say, we cannot simply hire pastors and fire pastors, many mature Christians would agree.
However, I bet to conclude that although we are in agreement, our principles maybe different.
Their princple is based on niceness, my principle is based on the anointment of God. Hence, when it comes to the point where I had the opportunity to say: "No matter how evil the pastor is, that doesn't mean that he should be fired", many of those who were in agreement earlier would have problem with this statement.
