Chee Cheong Fun Sauce Recipe

These 5 ingredients seem to work well:

  1. Peanut butter
  2. Soy sauce
  3. small dab of sesame oil
  4. fish sauce
  5. oyster sauce

sprinkle the whole thing with fried shallots.
