Not Zuckerberg, but Saverin, a Brazilian founder, is giving up his American Citizenship for the sake of tax, so that he could make more after the IPO of facebook. The article goes on to say he's not the only one. This only shows how bad America's domestic management has become. Only those who see the bigger pictures are sensitive enough, unlike short-sighted pragmatists.
