After long shutdown, Magic Packet somehow cannot reach the target pc.
Ethernet connection, BIOS setting, NIC adapter setting, checked and updated.
Only one missing fix I didn't try but according to research, it is better to not use a built-in NIC card, but get a third party, especially an Intel based.
