Hiding a Windows XP User Account on Welcome Logon Screen

In Regedit:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

Create:
Username: REG_DWORD
set value to 0.

Where username is the account name.

To make it visible, set value to 1.
