I have found no source online. But Dr. Tong in his Romans Series #63 referred to this and the killing of short horses. The women were sent to foreign lands to marry tall men and divorce them after having children, bringing the future generation home for new breed of the race.
Dr. Tong even spoke of verifying this himself when he was in Japan.
So if it is true, then it is a good cover up.
