On Janet Mefferd's Show, "Jarrold" from Arlington, Texas, was very offended by William Lane Craig's ministry. That Bill shouldn't go around debating non-believers. Craig, as always, dealt with him kindly.
I must say, Jarrold is one of those example of Christians who caused many in the church to go astray. It is a very irresponsible action. He took verse (John 13:35) out of context. Probably a charismatic. It's all wait and wait and wait...and then the "holy spirit" is supposed to BAM! everything changes!
This is not to say that the Holy Spirit does not work. He works in all conversions. Therefore, when conversion happens, whether approved by the charismatics or not, we always rejoice, if it is true. Even if the charismatics call attention to their version of the work of the Holy Spirit, if it is biblical, it has nothing to do with the charismatics, they are simply hijacking proper reformed notion of the work of the Holy Spirit to make it their version, but hijack is hijack and they are still irresponsible in the great commission and upholding orthodoxy.
