Why So Many Seem logically handicapped?

This is something I have never quite grasp sometimes. My closest conclusion was it has something to do with their selfishness. According to the Bible, it is variance of gifts and faith. The key I supposed is authority to those who is given more. The problem is recognition of authority.[@more@]
