Bob Fu's God's Double Agent

So Keith bought me this book after a Voice of the Martyrs conference. Since I wasn't able to attend and I contacted him too late for a ride.

This would have been one of my ebook collection for the sake of storage. But oh well.

So yesterday, at the end of my Sabbath rest enjoying morning service and some first time Filipino food near South Amboy (Tropica Hut Catering), my wife prepared me a bath with bath salt and candle lights, for the first time. And for the first time, I used the Jacuzzi room.

I managed to read the first 2 chapters while in the bath.

I'll summarize the book in the comments, chapter by chapter.

    Chapter 1:
Like some movies' introduction, Bob briefly described his escape from his tightly watched apartment, and when he jumped out the window of 20 feet to the ground...we were left with the suspense at the end of the first chapter.

    Chapter 2:
We were brought to the beginning of his life. He was born at the turn of the conversion to communism in China by Mao. His mother was kicked out from her first husband due to poverty, with her children, she then married someone kinder, with barely enough financial to support the family, despite his position as the book keeper of the village. Thus, Bob Fu was born in this family.
But years of struggling in begging for food from home to home had detrimentally cost his mother's health. Lung decease.

This chapter began to describe how bad China's internal economy has become after the conversion to communism. Then how it affects families.
