Burlew's Seafood & Steak Restaurant in Keyport

Tried this $37 Captain's Treasure lobster pasta. Basically, it's a half-tail lobster, clams, jumbo shrimps, scallops and lobster bisque over pasta. Taste is not bad, but price is too much. Had this last Sunday (9/6), long weekend of Labor's Day.

I tried my own version yesterday (Friday). Bought all seafood in H-Hart, except for the bisque, which is actually King Crab with corn bisque from Costco, couldn't find lobster bisque. I also replaced the shrimps with baby octopuses.

Estimate cost:
$18 for 2 lobsters
$ 9 for scallops (8 large ones)
$ 7 for baby octopus (1 lb), throw them in boiled (stop boiling) water to tenderize then fried with butter.
$13 for clams (about 15-25), use lobster's broth.
$ 6 for king crab soup paste ($12 for two)
$ 1 for organic pasta (left over in box)
