On Charismatics

Another confusion of terms by the Charismatics besides "faith vs self-confidence", "emotion vs filled by Holy Spirit", is "anger and holy anger".[@more@]

Stereotype

Stereotype is when it's pointing to an unexplored conclusion.

For example: Chinese people are shy. This stereotype can be true sometimes. Based on culture, one could conclude this way.

Until there's a better way to put it, a stereotypical statement is made when forced out of silence.

It is best that we think hard on the issues rather than assuming all stereotypical statements are invalid. And it is important to think before speaking. Some people could speak fast and speak right, only because they think fast. If it's "luck", that means the speech could go wrong sometimes and that's not good.

How Could Jesus Feast with Sinners

What Jesus did was humanly possible, but humanly unimaginable. He could be with sinners and not become a sinner, his love, his mercy, are unfathomable. Oh what a righteous one.

How could I be so righteous if you had not been my salvation. You have every right to condemn me. Do not lead me into evils I know not, my Lord, my Savior. God give me the strength and will to be free of sin. Sometimes even past sins tries to catch up with me. In your abundant mercy, lead me away from temptations, Lord, Amen.

On Calling to be Minister of God

If you think you are not able to be holy if being together with sinners, then maybe you are not called.

Problems With English Speaking Christians

I believe the most common problem now is that the English speaking christians, especially the westerners, are unable to view the word of God as truth, faith and experience; but rather merely as a supreme form of English literature.[@more@]

APOD Comet McNaught

APOD's Jan 18 2007 daily picture featured quite a remarkable photo of Comet McNaught, taken over Lake Horowhenua in Leven, New Zealand. It would appear that the Southern Hemisphere has a better view than the north.[@more@]

Journal Transfer 01/12/2007 on Prayer

Entry: 10:11 PM
---------------------

How can one pray, when he's full of hatred?
How can one pray, when his heart dwells somewhere else?
How can one pray, when drown in sins?
How can one pray, when temptation has stumbled him?
How can one pray, if God is not listening?
How can one pray, if he's merely pretending to pray?
How can one pray, if he speaks of his own desire?

How then can we pray, if we are not righteous?

Seek ye the countenance of God, for God is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Not seeking to be righteous and holy, But seeking to be truly righteous, truly holy. The standard sourced from God Himself. Only then, through God's grace, would we realize that only in Christ are we counted for righteous.

How can we be counted righteous, if we do not listen to His words?
Therefore only when we hear His word and keep it, are we truly on the path of believing in Him.

And thus, being counted for righteousness, one can pray.
For even true prayer is of the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Oh Lord, deliver me away from evil, but make me strong enough to help those who are blinded and persecuting you unknowingly.

Sharing Files between Domain and Workgroup

Facing a problem after joining a station to a domain, I had a hard time finding the solution on the internet, now I found it. Perhaps there are other solutions but this works like a charm.

When trying to login to other workgroup's shared folders from a domain station, a popup error message says:"computername is not accessible, you might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The username was not found..."

Something like that.

The solution is to create a batch file (ie. network.bat) with any text editor such as notepad and place it in the startup folder so everytime windows restarts, it will run this command:

(When you see forward slahes like -> '//', please replace it with two backslashes, LifeType's bug prevents me from displaying the right slahes; There appears to be a fix, which I might get to it later)

net use //nameofdestinationcomputer user:administrator

Who can Define?

To name or give definition to any matters, would one have to be historically apt?

Adam was the first man and was given him the right to begin with naming under the creator.

God, of course, is God.

On Respect

We respect because of God's Commandments.

Not because we choose to. For such is Hypocrisy.

We respect according to the commandments of God.
