Remarkable, remarkable!
Winter Abundance,
Grace surrounds,
Passes all reasons;
I wonder why?

Certainly, this winter is promising abundantly.

Woman, What have I to do with Thee?

Jesus Christ showed that the relationship between God and man cannot be interfered by men.

Often times, family, friends would suggest somewhat better ways in compromising your relationship with God, your immediate response to God. As the old chinese saying: 忠孝不能兩全. (One cannot both satisfy faithfulness to God and honor to parents at the same time).

Let me also add:

忠而不孝, 不忠;
孝而不忠, 也不忠.
孝乃藉以忠, 但忠不藉以孝.
忠孝有次序之原則.

In order to retain the art, I'll translate the above literally:
Faithful to God while not honoring parents, Not faithful to God.
Honoring parents while not faithful to God, Not faithful to God indeed.
Honoring parents through faithfulness in God, but not vice versa.
To God and to men, there is a principle of order.

One faces this challenge because others do not see.
But if one himself sees, he must be sure he sees what he should see, and not what he should not see.

How is a human saved from peril?

We can only be saved through the Grace of God alone.

And we definitely cannot be saved by any coupon of the grace. For there is no such coupon.

The relationship between God and Man

The relationship between God and Man is not to be interposed by human-to-human relationship.

Such is a great challenge. A paradoxical living standard all christians share. For one cannot blindly be ignorant of the responsibilities of his family, friends and society; nor can he be nescient of the true existence of the One true God, true obedience, fear and reverence.

According to God's Will, not our will, NOT ANY WHATSOEVER and EVEN NOT TO COMBINE WITH GOD'S WILL. Let God be God, let man be man. God's Will is not man's will. Therefore man's will should submit to God's will.

By understanding this, one should know that there are times, no family, no friends, no population, could interefere one's response to God. It is the challenge to discern such times. For one could fail by not taking action at the right time, and taking action at the wrong time. But when deciding, one cannot choose by evaluate feelings or relationship of other people with God's calling. There can be no delay when God calls. Nonetheless, there must be wisdom and love, not just boldness.

Patents

Patents are for whiners. Period.

Taking others' ideas as one's own without returning credits is unethical as well.

Is Newton's scientific failure, a theological failure?

Following Arianism, Newton believed not the trinity doctrine. Could this have caused his narrow view of the classical mechanics? A genius of his time, Newton has many defenders of the latest generations to his humility in his physics principles.

To the least, could there be any relationship at all causing a narrow view between theology and his understanding of space and time.

I believe like many, Newton's scientific approach was based on hunches, clues and bread crumbs. The doctrine of trinity begins with the realm of revelation, a progressive one.

On the other hand, Newton wasn't too stubborn. For he pursued the unexplained in alchemy, forerunner of chemistry. Nonetheless, he was persistent enough to tackle the unexplained over all things until a resolution was found. Solutions must be found regardless. Such is the birth of narrow viewpoints. A scientific contradiction to that of Gauss, who would rest at Fermat's last enigma.

Such scientific approach, though incredibly remarkable, is shamed by that of the latest generations. It was unfortunate, that Newton, genuine enough to glorify God, had to bring his limited view on the universe to his grave. It was his limitation irrespectively. Together with the world of his era.

Worshiping God

You Shall not worship the Lord your God with such things (KJV)
Deu 12:4

你們不可照他們那樣事奉耶和華你們的神。

Read Deu 12:2-5

It is according to God. Not ourselves, the ways of worship.
Ergo, worshippers of God, Song/hymn writers, artists, builders, parents, leaders...beware.

My Computer

It seems that my P4 3.06Ghz computer's old problem is coming back.

I suspected motherboard at first. But after some hard thinking, I think I still need to boost up the power supply. I'm going for at least 600watts from 425watts.

I can't believe I traded 1GB pc3200 memory for a 512MB pc2700 memory last time because I thought the memory was the problem.

Conclusion: It's either the power supply or the motherboard(motherboard does seem defective, never could get floppy controller to work). But I'm going to go with power supply first. Need more power anyway.
