Smarter way to cut a cake

Taught by Francis Galton, the mathematician and polymath. Cut a slice across the entire cake, not a triangular pie. This keeps the cut side from drying.

The Science of Prediction

My journey in the mathematics of prediction started with chaos theory. Now I have cliodynamics by Peter Turchin (predicting history of civilizations). Then there is Econophysics - using food prices as a variable to predict instability. Then there's meteorology.
