Penang Lor Mee Recipe

This should be authentic enough. I shall try this soon:

Penang Lor / Loh Mee Recipe (Braised Noodles)

From author:

The main draw of Lor Mee is its thick and flavorsome broth which is ladled onto yellow noodles and topped with braised meat and egg. The chili and garlic concoction gives it that extra punch to make this a comforting and satisfying dish. Try making this at home especially now with the FMCO lockdown in place. Stay safe and take care!
