The problem with Teaching today

This is not just in churches today, but also in company trainings, etc. where a lot of times, the lecturers/teachers/speakers are just very good at using adjective fillers, there really isn't much content. And while foolish audience are impressed enough to say "wow, what a great sermons", "amazing lessons", they really learn nothing in the end, at least not from the speakers directly.

The good thing from this is, of course, those who care get to discover what's lacking and improve ourselves in the pedagogy.
