Curry Mee Recipe

I had made curry mee before, was quite satisfied, but did not get the authentic feeling. I have not gotten the chance to try this. If it is not authentic, I might remove this post.

Supposedly an authentic source. Well, at least it's from a Malaysian source/recommendation

**咖哩面** 网络食谱

咖哩辣椒料 :
A)大洋葱8-10粒
香茅4-5支
蒜头1粒
南姜一块中型
姜一块 中型
巴拉煎1块
Buah keras 5粒

B)
咖哩叶一小把
辣椒膏1包(Chili Boh 约1公斤吧 !
咖哩粉3汤匙
黄姜粉2-3汤匙

以上的材料A加水打至细,热锅加油多点把材料炒至干身和出油约20分钟,再加入材料B继续炒至香和出油整个炒的过程约30-40分钟。( 这辣椒料我是一次过炒很多有剩的我是冰起来煮咖哩鱼/ 煮辣椒蛋/辣椒鸡的 )

咖哩汤:
A)
鸡壳6-7副(越多越甜 水6公升吧(没详细算@@’反正是一锅满满的)
香茅3支
香兰叶2-3片

B)
椰浆1公斤
豆卜800克
猪血2大块

把A一起熬煮1小时过滤了再加咖哩辣椒料(加多少似乎你要的辣度咯)和材料B试味道和调味。

配料:
虾600克(去壳待要吃时川烫)
八爪鱼 300克(处理干净要吃时川烫)
血鲜蛤600克(热水去壳备用)
鱼饼2条 (切片)
菜豆1大把(热水加少许油烫熟)
豆芽1公斤
黄面2包
米粉1包—
