**自制蒜香辣椒酱**1.红辣椒去蒂上锅,水开后蒸5分钟,晾凉后,用刀细细剁碎,大蒜剁成蒜蓉;2.锅里加油,油热后,倒入一大汤匙甜面酱,小火炒制;3.放入一大汤匙白糖,倒入50克白醋炒匀;4.倒入剁好的辣椒,小火翻炒至辣酱粘稠时放入精盐;5.关火,倒入蒜蓉翻炒均匀即可。
