Turns out, it's rather easy, check out YouTube. These USB cables only uses 4 lines, two for data and two for power (including ground). Just match them colors accordingly.

There was Tor browser. But KProxy (addon for Chrome & Firefox) is the best one I've used so far, on Firefox.
