Vocabulary: Specious
Specious: Plausible but false I recently read Gilbert Tennent's "The Danger of an Unconverted Ministry", and found many things I've been sorrowed towards the ministries in America being said there. The term Specious was used to describe such ministers.

Vocabulary: Cavil 吹毛求疵
Cavil: "An evasion of the point of an argument by raising irrelevant distinctions or objections" I didn't know there's a word for this. Tho I have seen many smartypants trying to do this.

Why are there a high ratio of obese fat women at the rank of consistory in the Reformed churches of America? I see today that many Reformed churches of America behave more like the Roman Catholics than true reformers.
