Obama and Rick Warren

News Reports that Obama has Rick Warren as his inauguration speaker, which causes some objection due to Rick Warren's support for the California Gay Marriage Ban as well as opposing abortion rights.

No doubt, it is very heart lifting for Christians, for us all, when any individual, any at all, follow that which is God's will. Nonetheless, we often forget that it is God at work all the time, as for us-all dwellers of Earth, we can choose to be His faithful servants or His cursed servants. Either way, God's good and glorious work will be done.

Therefore, we must do all our prayers with earnest hope and love, for all those who hold the offices of God.

Unknown Device Annoyance in SONY VAIO Laptop Reinstallation

I did a clean vista ultimate installation on a VGN-NR330e SONY laptop. Then it took a while for me to search online for the one last driver: Device Manager reports it as "Unknown Device", and its property indicates the location at Intel ICH8M LPC Interface Controller.

I came across the solution online, which said the missing driver on similar product but a different model being a "SONY Firmware Extension Parser". Somehow the blind spot in Sony's driver page just wasted my time looking for this and even tried to give up assuming this is the solution and looked for other solution. But then I came back and found what I was looking for at the same page NoteBook Control and Utilities category.

And Voila! Case solved.

New Converts

The Westerners love to call the blooming Chinese Christians, "the New Converts". True, to some extend, because in such manner, according to the situation today and theological speaking, these Westerners' children and grandchildren are no converts at all.

My prayer is for China to rise as a great Christian nation; nonetheless, will not follow the eventual path of pride and jealousy these Westerners. And bring the Gospel back to the children of these who claimed themselves converts.
