Wrong Faith, False Faith

The kind of faith that comes from or for the sake of one's own comfort, one's own desire, whether aware or not aware, wether with excuse or no excuse, whether trying use partial quotes from the Bible to cover the self-desire or not, is not faith.

True faith comes from seeking after the word and the promise of God.

Seek Ye the countenance of God.

Jesus' Acts

All of Jesus' deeds and preaching are deep, truly deep indeed. However, it seems so conveniently understood on a shallow level, that people don't tend to think further.

Yet, Jesus used the simplest simplicity to explain the wonders of His creation. This is true wisdom. Wisdom of God indeed.

Nevertheless, those who couldn't see through, should not use your pride, your jealousy. No one is equally gifted, no one is equally understanding. A lesson of humility before God.

Nonetheless, seek after God diligently.

Power of Knowledge

The more knowledge, the more one needs to fear God.

Such blessing is risky, dangerous, but good.

Wisdom from God calls for full submissive reverence to God.

Future of America

The way the churches of the proud american nation is going today, it's not surprising if the next president of this country is a muslim, or someone who has no reverence to the one true God. Ergo, ironically, "freedom, thank god for freedom in this country". I wonder who's saying that? The christians?[@more@]

I am Nothing

God can turn stones into his most desired, most favored children. What am I, to think I am worthy of anything?

It's been a while since I've preached so long to an individual. This time, my landlord, although this is not the first time. But eventhough to no avail, I believe I have used what I learned in seminary, in dealing with people and in all wisdom God has given me with room for improvement. I do not know what else is missing, but I have done my best. I now could only pray that hopefully he be saved, eventhough it seems impossible, but anything is possible for God, for God has already predestined. Therefore, if God willing.

Forgive him father, for his is confused even of his own words without admitting. As long as I have the opportunity I will continue, until the time I am here no longer, be it all according to Thy will, Lord. Amen.

I do not dare to think proud of myself to see I'm the only one working for God. For servitude under God is also the mercy of God. Not of my own will. The hardship: both from within church and out, I thank God for the fire that refines me to perfection in the baptism of Christ. Satan has no stronghold over me.

Forgive me Lord for my sins, even the hidden ones. Cleanse me Lord, for I am your vessel.

I work willingly for the Lord, I die willingly. Amen.

Christian Musics

Christian pop used to be fine for me. But now, after listening to the classicals more than too often, Handel's pieces are far superior to those rock/hip-hop gospel style christian songs.

I gave thanks to God for such great servants of His with the mastery of the art in sound, another creation of God. Handel, Bach, Haydn, etc. These classical pieces signify the glory of God.

The difference is that one portrays a relationship between God and man as if a human being to another human being or a person's awe towards the created surroundings; The other exhibits the glory of God with all His plan and wisdom and grace and human beings are in such great reverence towards God.

Dissenting Arminianism

I believe Christ because I was first chosen by God in His eternal foreknowledge of wisdom, of justice, of righteousness and of good willing. Not of my decision. For my decision to repent and receive Christ is caused by His own will.

In other words, this is later given to me to have the freedom to believe and have faith in Christ, eventhough such is predestined from the beginning of time.

Therefore, God does not depend on one's decision for salvation, but one depends on God. Otherwise it is not election, we would not be called "chosen" but consented with qualification. For all glory be to God. Since the fall of man, the perfect freedom has been corrupted. Our freedom has been corrupted. No one's freedom can be that of Adam's prior to his first sin. Adam's first freedom was unique.

It's either one of the three in predestination:

1. Does God choose one first?

2. Does one choose God first?

3. Does God and one choose each other at the same time?

God is neither equal nor below of the created, His creation.

Therefore, no one can even boast of his salvation by his own free will for there is no such unless it is given by the Father at a given time in his life in His eternal plan. Such free will is the perfected kind, not the perfect kind. If not, such is salvation and faith by work of man, and not by grace of God.

When elected, one is forever, for Christ will not lose him.

The "free wills" we all have without God's intervention in the courses of our lives are of the suicidal kinds.

I believe the failure of Arminianism to grasp the meaning of free wills between God and men is that of the failure of the statement "Can God create something so heavy that He Himself couldn't lift up?".
