There are those who ask questions earnestly seeking answers; But there are those who ask but do not care for the answers.
Those who truly seek, seek with the sincere desire to learn, discuss and confirm.
Those who do not, are trying to play around, satisfy self-pride, showing off and therefore resulting in jealousy, never coming to the truth.
There are those who have questions but don't ask also:
1. They don't know how to ask.
2. They are too proud to ask, for they don't think their questions can be answered.

Sometimes when you are not appreciated for the things you do before God, remember, Jesus has comforted Mary when she was for washing Jesus' feet with costly oil. John 12.
But when you do God's will, be sure you are doing God's will. Not your will. Your will is not God's will. Your will needs to be reformed under God's will. Sola Scriptura, Sola Gratia, Sola Fide, Sola Christus, Soli Deo Gloria.

One could work and work for God, and not accepted by God, by our Lord. So be watchful. I must be watchful. I must let God's will guide me. The power of the Holy Spirit must I ask for always from God.[@more@]

Any Christian books or speeches that allow the opportunity for anyone to replace God's eternal value with things of this temporal world is not of a God fearing author.
I have read through several pages of this book by Rick Warren. I will continue reading, in a fast pace. There isn't much worth noting.
This book is popular because first of all it's a self-help book with God's name in it while claiming other self-help books even christian ones are not of its match (Warren 19). Secondly, no one else has yet to claim his/her book this special. Thirdly, it's from a place where most christians reside.
This book is a Gospel & Christian service mix. Ergo, I see toleration here and there. After finish reading this, I would pound this book to pieces in my head with the book of Romans, by Apostle Paul.
If I am wrong, it could only mean that so many christians in this world are so lost that they need manna mixed with earthbound food.

We use pride to cover our inferiority, our shame, our hateful character. When pride bears fruit, we feel our heart burning with self satisfying astonishment, which can only be temporary. Such, if misinterpreted, by many of the pentacostal church members, would be taken as filled by Holy Spirit, speaking in tongue. While it is actually not but self induced satisfaction of proud desire burning the heart. This great risk could lead to separation from the word of God, our Lord and even to destruction. If the pride is allowed to continue, one would only fool himself in the sense of pretending to be filled with the Holy Spirit, because one cannot be a servant to both sin and God.
I believe the Holy Spirit works great miracles, even speaking in tongues. But I also believe that many who have claimed to be with these gifts are actually just pretending to be, confused, fooling even themselves.

Do not give dubious statements. Make sure your words are clear.
Jesus has never done so. The Bible has never done so. Those who thought otherwise thought so because they did not understand certain passages in the Bible. And therefore assuming that they are encouraged to say dubitable things.
Be honest.
2Peter 3:16 as also in all his(Paul) epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
