A church that despises any youth for ANY REASON cannot be expected to be faithful in any youth related ministry(campus ministry, producing youth ministers, etc.) for that would be nepotism.

The Different Problems Between Charismatic Churches and Reformed Churches Today

The Charismatics forge fellowship by not judging others; The Reformed forge fellowship by praising others vainly. The Charismatics lack social mandate; The Reformed "forget" the Gospel mandate in their social mandate. All are erroneous.
