Firefox url disappeared in Address bar

Instead of url, I only see "go to a website".

Solution:

To "unhide" this, disable the add-on "Extension"- DIVX Plus web player HTM5. Took me a while to disable it, as it seems to stay on even though the button shows "ENABLE - meaning it was disabled", until I restarted the whole computer and tried disabling another extension: Free Youtube Downloader by Free Studio, and they both got greyed out, which is good. Then I re-enabled the Free youtube downloader as I believe it wasn't the culprit.

New York to make pro bono a requirement to pass bar exam: The Good of Social Gospel Influence

No, I would never advocate for Social Gospel, but I must be fair. There are elements of good in societies today due to Social Gospel.

New York will make Pro Bono a requirement for lawyers to pass bar exam in 2013.

Like the reason for Islam's spread in the beginning was due to the folly of early orthodox christians (the pursuit of relics, for example), The reason for Social Gospel is due to the loveless hypocrisy of modern day christians.

This, has seeded in the pursuit of social order out of disgust against irresponsible silence towards social disorder.

So I say it again, that social gospel teaches the conservatives today some important lesson; despite it being the wrong doctrine, because it fuses the Gospel with culture mandate.

Bird can Talk

A parakeet could recite its entire address after being lost...I don't know, but I still wonder if Eden animals could talk...or rather, if humans could communicate with the animals in the beginning, if not after the Babel tower incident.

Do we have to preach?

I was one time, not long ago, challenged indirectly (as the challenge was actually meant for evangelical preachers) by a pastor, who is not evangelical, that where in the Bible does it say that we are to go out and preach. I thought to myself, is she kidding? or perhaps she was talking about preaching to strangers on the streets? which shouldn't really make a difference because the Bible says preach to the whole world, not just people we know or people we like or people who like us. Or was it that those commands by our Lord are applicable only to some Christians but not all? which is absurd for all christians are disciples of the Lord.

I did not reply because I believe it sounded like a rebellious question. Though I believe I should have responded. So I was wrong.

As to the answer, it is simply, which no Christians should not know, but I thought I would expand it here, so that there is no excuse:

Matthew 28:18-20 (...teach/make disciples of all nations...)

Mark 16:15

Acts 10:42

James 2:14 (Indirectly...but a command is a command nonetheless)

John 14:15

Love God with our Minds

To love God with my mind has much to do with studying theology; but studying theology doesn't necessary has anything to do with loving God with one's mind.

The Christian Identity

It is certain that I need to hear from some, in particular, of their objection view on the unitarianism, buddhism, etc. because it appears that the fineline of the definition of the Gospel is blurry for them when they are particularly silent in testifying against false religions. Should they have nothing to speak against those, it is most certain that the claim of their christian identity is questionable.

IKEA in Brooklyn

I didn't know until someone from Malaysia posted a link in facebook, that I could get free boat ride from Manhattan to Brooklyn's IKEA. It's not so much the visit of IKEA that interests me, but the watertaxi ride.

IKEA was founded by a 17 year old swedish man, whose name is part of the acronym in addition to the name of his farm and hometown (Ingvar Kamprad Elmtaryd Agunnaryd)

U.S. Immigrants' children leaving U.S.

Not surprising, to know that this pains the parents. They thought they were doing it for their children, but they are throwing this 'favor' away.
