I have just replaced my birthday in text, taking out the one used by facebook system, which is more of a reminder than information. I didn't know. I'd rather it to be just informative.
A person can be judged by the friends he make. The more complete the list, the better the judgment will be.
Of course, the evangelicals will have trouble with this because they cannot tell the difference between friends and preaching.

Although there's some minor casualties, I'm impressed by the responses of the Christian and Catholic in South Korea for peaceful solutions, while the Americans and British could only either show dramatic support for one side or condemn the other, I hope that's as far as they'll go, so that real Christians can work out a peaceful solution.
It started with some kind of outing and we're heading home by loading onto a large flattish inflatable boat by a dock. It kept bursting, perhaps due to large crowd, or rocks. As we shipped, there were volcanic activities everywhere, some bright reddish rocks seen surfaced next to us in the water. I was both excited and scared. News reported a few safe areas. I was somehow on the coast on the high ground, trying to reach one of the safe havens.
I may have used my own "inflatable boat" while in the waters. There could be a totally different dream which led to all these. I do not remember.
Do we deserve God's punishment to such extend?
Ezra 9:13 And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less (מטּה) than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such deliverance as this;

I don't see how caffein could keep me awake. I am sure I can sleep very well after having coffee. All it does is making my nasal throat very sensitive somehow. Tempting me to cough deliberately for some mucus.
If that ever kept me from sleeping.
I just need to stop myself doing that, coughing, that is. Let the natural physiology take its course.
When one has to deal with a convincted fellow's crime, especially in evangelism, in truth (ie. sex offense, child rape, etc.),
perhaps it is more impartial to treat him/her this way, especially when there's doubt on the verdict:
I know what others have said about you, the court, the judge, the jury, the news, the media, the people, I've heard their side of the story, now I want to hear the truth from you. This is not about appeal, if you were not guilty. If you said you did it, then I will treat it as your testimony, not the judgment of the crowd.
And then move on from that point of life.
