Now, looks like many spammers love to use proxy to put ads in people's sites under the comments section. By using proxy, shows that these don't mind revisiting the same site eventhough the site is aware of their spamming and banning them. As long as they get to put the ad, it would look like they've done their task and very likely are getting paid for that.
Since proxy servers mostly use a kind of protocol, the majority of such usage can be blocked using simple coding. In .htaccess or php. I opted for php because it is much simpler:
<?PHP IF(ISSET($_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']) || ($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT']=='') || ($_SERVER['HTTP_VIA']!='')){ DIE("Proxy servers not allowed."); } $proxy_headers = ARRAY( 'HTTP_VIA', 'HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR', 'HTTP_FORWARDED_FOR', 'HTTP_X_FORWARDED', 'HTTP_FORWARDED', 'HTTP_CLIENT_IP', 'HTTP_FORWARDED_FOR_IP', 'VIA', 'X_FORWARDED_FOR', 'FORWARDED_FOR', 'X_FORWARDED', 'FORWARDED', 'CLIENT_IP', 'FORWARDED_FOR_IP', 'HTTP_PROXY_CONNECTION' ); FOREACH($proxy_headers AS $x){ IF (ISSET($_SERVER[$x])) DIE("You are using a proxy."); EXIT; } ?>
After this, I made a few modification, to have a counter for each of the 2 cases. This is most efficient against those who use proxy in their own browsers.
As for the rest, I may have to disable url in the comments in the future, because I do keep a spammer free site.
These spammers are really restless, in spite of the Captcha implementation.
From what I've heard, it would appear that Malaysia has been influenced by the West faster than I thought.
From some point of view, it is not surprising.
If the church in Malaysia is as superficial as the utopian universalists of the west, how then, can they truly shine God's light? No, what they shine is but the highest acheivement of a sinner, not of God, not of the Holy Spirit, and by that, is also despicable for God.
I recently had to comment on an article of Obama's Gay support using the "golden verse": 'Do unto others...'. The article is from a Christian post shared by a friend on Facebook.
The Christian article, in order to refute Obama's claim, very quickly "defended" that the golden verse does not apply to marriage...and used other verse to support a man-woman marriage.
At this point it is not Obama that interests me. It is the author of the article, despite the fact that we support the same cause. But I am not letting these simple minded (which is a sin, the sin of stupidity) imbeciles get away. God does not need supporters, He makes his people to bear His image and wisdom, not stupidity nor ignorance.
Of the facebook incident, what surprised me was of the "likes" I get, one was a non-Christian, as far as I know.
Looks like Willy's arm bumbs are related to lipoma or dermatofibromas. Harmless lumps. Too bad nobody knows the cause, thus the only known cure is just to surgically remove them.
Brother MFC printer print/copy with white lines/strips on papers.
That usually means the drum needs to be replaced (the tube that's next to the cartridge on a Brother MFC printer).
It seems hard but it can be replaced if there is a good drum tube lying some where. This video shows how (remove the little pin by one side of the tube and the rest is easy):
Now some talking about it. I've been urging this since I started teaching the Youth Sunday School. Not just in Europe, but America's the same issue.
Weak apologetics (or ignorance in such studies/interest) will result in barren offsprings.
This the second time I received such. First time was two dollars, I think, a kind of research. Seeing how hard they were trying, I mailed in the survey after taking away the $2 attached in the envelope.
Now, I get $5 cash (is this related to the last mail, I have no clue as it happened a while back, although I recall something about a promise of $5 continuation survey back then). This one is from Nielsen Media Research, 150 N. Martingale Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173, Attn: Juan Carlos Avila.
Again I mailed in my survey, which asked about TV viewing habit. I didn't give them my phone number, putting down the obvious 000-0000, too many spammers these days.
I would say I have the right to just take the money without sending in anything, because it may seem to be a trust issue, but consequently, it is a kind of investment in human supporters. One does not need to comply another's deal simply because the other dumps a load of papers in one's house.
This is intended for a dialogue. To discuss on the effect and choice of the action.
It has been long decided, I would say even at the beginning of my criticism on CCCNY, that should I get married here and settle here, I must not stay at this church. Otherwise, it is perfectly fine to stay.
The main reason being, I would bear the burden of moving those under my care and responsibility out of the way of stumbling blocks. Putting ourselves in the storm is good, but not stumbling blocks, never.
If it were just myself, then I could manage.
But on the other hand, this is not a move of despise, but that of drawing a fine line, between whom I must associate with in Christ, in testimony to those around me. That if one should use straws to build a house, must I live in it? Or should I be called an outcast or irresponsible if I do not co-operate? So let them prove themselves. They couldn't drag me while I live among them, so surely I will not leg them drag my family into their foolishness.
No, not despise, but merely an observation of the truth. Not despise, for I wish to see them change. So that means, I could lay a few conditions, if not just one, to show my point. As I did, CCCGC, when I told Hsu-An that I would stay, if they preach the Gospel (Meaning when I left, it was because they preach not the Gospel, but merely a social club with a religious sign).
So what am I to do with this CCCNY. I know it is getting tougher. But as did the flame harms not the bush, I shall fear nothing against all wicked oppression.
After today's fellowship, my resolve is clear, though maybe hard to present, especially before Rev. Lin, as she is the type that would probably use all cunning lies to turn the whole world against you, if you say a single negative thing about her. As for Lyna, in her confused state, it may be as talking to a wall.
But the resolution is this: That I would stay at CCCNY, if Rev. Lin and Lyna could be of the same mind in the Lord, having fellowship and speak to one another. As Paul beseeched Euodias and Syntyche. And as long as that, would I and my family stay.
Although I must also be aware, the many of CCCNY, are unlike those leading CCGCLI, that they would not care if anyone stays or not. They just wanted to be left alone, without any sense of serious responsibility. As long as they mind their own businesses and others others', no desire to be living sacrifices (as they might deem Paul's urge in Romans 12:1 as a fool's errand).
Below shall be the dialogue of the decision making...
Just have a interesting fellowship...though I admit I could have done better.
At Exodus 3, I brought in, as Calvin did, the possibility of another case of Christophany-Christ's manifestation, particularly in the Old Testament. As usual, Lyna was sitting uncomfortably again and unlike before, she finally let it out...her objection to Christophany.
Christophany is used by many reformers, to properly show the importance of Christ as the only mediator of God and man, and that no one comes to the Father except through Christ. For anyone who sees God will die. Exo 33:11, 33:20.
Knowing that, obviously, Lyna admit the doctrine of Christophany, so she didn't talk about it, but talked about how seeing God means getting saved...I pointed clearly that the Bible talks about entering the Kingdom of God and salvation, but it does mean one must know the Father. Seeing God face to face means "one has obtained salvation". Immediately, she switched to another subject to find other excuses for her point.
Obviously, I could easily ask her: Do you believe in Christophany in the context of the Old Testament? This would already call her bluff as a liar. Perhaps I shall give her a chance, till next time, should opportunity arises.
As I had once told her, "having reformed knowledge does not make one reformed".
Christophany is a good and biblically legal way of not only explain to anyone how OT saints could "meet" God and yet survive? That it is because MAYBE, they have seen the second person, the eternal son of God, whom no one would have to die in fellowship with Him, either in OT or in NT.
So I would give Lyna the benefit of the doubt, that she was just a very very confused soul. Instead of being a mere liar. But one wonders, since I can relate, some similarity to today's evangelicals, though they know of Christ's duality (fully human, fully God), they do not fully embrace Christ's Godhood, they do not know how, nor do they want to pursue it.
In a way, when a reformer say: Jesus is God!
I most likely respond: Amen!
But when an evangelical say: Jesus is God!
I would probably reply: Jesus does not need your promotion.
When we truly see Jesus as God, we absorb that understanding in the fulness of holy fear as did the ancient Saints, as Moses hiding his face, as Isaiah cried (Isa 6:5) Woe is me for I am undone!
Thus, it is explained, no contradiction on Moses' meeting with THE Angel of God at the burning bush, with the understanding of Christophany here. But if one wishes to disregard this doctrine, the contradiction of man meeting God - live or die, the confusion of which manifestation of God is the real presence of God or just His mask or His tool - created or not, are problems one needs to solve, not my problem.
There seems to be many kind. The most popular: Gel2Root. Some suggested agar, found in asian stores. Agar with nutrient would help the plant, I supposed nutrient could be found in hydroponics type accessories.
Also for Ant Farm, gel can be made by cooking Potassium Sorbate & Sodium Benzoate with some sugar.
This homemade gel for plants or Ant farm should not mold.
